do you mean each stance has an equivalent attack by using the same controls, the attacks are just scripted to be moved differently?
I don't know if that would work. * scrachs chin with finger and thumb*
Try it out, if it works and it keeps a flow to the game, do it.
now, your power up idea. I will remind us all that as noobs / newbs we tend to mash the Mouse button (at least i did) over holding down the keys , those attacks were easily countered...
It may work, it kinda makes you relearn the controls a little and it helps noobs / newbs out a bit... I like it

Ok, ok, its better if "swords will break when subjected to force on an object strong enough to break them" because its like STAR WARS but the lightsabers never break, but the electronic components can be destroyedBunnyWithStick wrote:Both already suggested, and probably going to be added.
Also, sword breaking "When you use it a lot" is too bad-rpg-esque, swords will break when subjected to force on an object strong enough to break them, like armour.
Or something like that, I'm not David.

There was also a special dagger used in Western warfare called a "swordbreaker." It had notches to grip a sword, and could safely redirect the blade, and even break it if used properly.
Here's Turner using one.
Here's Turner with a swordbreaker and a special ornate jitte.

Swordbreaking tools have been used for centuries. The Japanese used a jitte or jutte, which means "ten-hand weapon" or a weapon with the power of ten hands. Police often used them against rambunctious samurai; they sure weren't going to duel with them, so they carried special tools to disarm them.

Please do and you need not quote an entire post. Also, almost none of those ideas are original. Come on man, how hard is it to read the past 70-something pages or search the forums?zatoichi wrote:Instead of having five posts in a row, why not just edit the first one?

Anybody who wants them can have 2.cachiporrin wrote:i cant post the screenshot, but can someone have 2 staves? because i can
Well, you can have two of anything, but you can only wield one at a time. The swords you were referring to were PhotoShopped in for the demo I was doing.cachiporrin wrote:How did you have 2 swords??? Tell meeee and, i think you like my 2 handed swords idea
As mentioned elsewhere, it's my personal skin. I got the idea for the armored headcloth with the symbol from Naruto, but that's it.cachiporrin wrote:is the usagi mod a naruto mod? what is that mod!
Well, nobody gives you avatars; ya gotta make your own. However, you're welcome to use any of my images if you like 'em, with the exception of Usagi Yojimbo.cachiporrin wrote:Dude, i need an avatar!!!

Ok, here is a screenshot of World of Warcraft:
This, on the other hand, is a screenshot of Warcraft III, a real-time strategy game made by the same company in 2002:
True, that quote is from Jan 27, 2007, 5 weeks, 4 days ago, but Warcraft III was made 5 years ago.
If there was a new Indy game that would run on my Mac or if Heroes of Might and Magic V and Age of Empires III where compatible with PowerPCs, I'd gladly play them, instead.
Now, with that out of the way, what do you want to discuss?

So, the Warcraft universe is ok, which is pretty much the only thing they have in common.Colicedus wrote:That was the number one reason I quit, [...] if people like to RP as such, Play the old Pen and paper games with your buddies. I wish people would actually start role-playing in these MMORPGs…
