This will not sort the problem out. This will help you keep calm and get through school.

In lessons if you are surrounded by idiots like that (like I am) then just keep quiet and act like they don't exist, think about something else, or concentrate on the teacher, practice focusing on something other than them, I can now block out pretty much all distractions, learn how to do it yourself.

During break (or playtime if you still call it that) make sure you are with friends as much as possible, find out if there is somewhere inside people are allowed to go, and if so, try to stay there, they are normally very quiet.

After school, if they are still trying to pick on you, just get home as fast as possible, take shortcuts, anything. But make sure you just keep focusing on something else.

It's worked for me so far.
