You can place enemies (But you won't want to do that..)
Give them weapons.. (Again, don't want to do that.)

And you can delete them altogether! (Yaaay!!)

Plus, Debug without map editor is still pretty cool.

The power of the I key.

You can place blocks I guess..

Oo! Press J! Watch the weirdness!

And.. Uh... What else is there..

There should be a Debug readme in the Data folder, so read that.

You can change the proportions so that its a giant Turner head running around. Looks really funny if you have a big-head turner with a tiny body and slightly increased speed...he has to move his legs so fast to get up to that speed that it kicks up a trail of dust.

Press shift+I for more explody goodness.

But yeah, like Gray said, press ~ (For me it's @ for some reason) to load up the console, type- Proportion 4 0 0 0.

:D

Fun stuff.

H - 1000 Health
F - FLAME ON! (rapidly press H after this so you can be pyro-bunny without the death)
B - Matrix Rabbits (slow mo)
V - HALT! (pauses game so you can rotate camera around and look at scene
N - Suicide! (that's the intention, but you really just fall down for a second and get back up. fun to do if you're near an edge, and it can actually help you dodge a hit)
I - HEADSHOT
Shift + I - Nuke! (WARNING: Pressing this while an enemy is close is hazardous, because the explosion is so powerful)
J - Change from Jungle, Desert, and Snow backgrounds.
Shift + M - Glorious map editor, freezes enemies and gives you superman ability.

Here are some commands... access by hitting the ~ key while debug is on.

N means a number. They can be anything you want. The first N is red value, the second green, the third blue when picking colors.

Change Sky Color: sky tint N N N
Change Color Of Light (how things actually look. The sky could be red and the light green!): sky light N N N
Toggle Skybox (on for clouds, off for fog): skybox/skybox 0
Change Speed: Speed N
Change Strength (the damage dealt through melee): strength N (1.0 is normal)
Change Power (the blow power- how far your enemy flies, how fast, etc- not real damage but high power could send them flying so fast they crash into a fatal Heavy Impact): Power N
Change Armor (defense against blade): Armor 0(N/A) 1(weak) 2(body armor) 3(war armor)
Change Protection (defense against melee): Protection 0(WEAKLING) 1(Average) 2(Bouncer) 3(Jackie Chan)

Clothes and the other stuff is a bit complicated... go to here

First time I've seen someone provide a link to somewhere other than the wiki for health.

Well, first I'd recommend asking the female wolf's opinions on the Alpha Wolf. It's easier to convince one of the Alpha's treasured she-wolves to cheat on the Alpha if she's one of the ones who doesn't really like him. Secondly, find a place a good distance away from the Den, preferably near water so you can clean off and not smell like eachother afterward, so the Alpha doesn't--

OH, wait! You mean cheat codes.

...

What was I talking about?

*Innocently walks away.*
