One suggestion: make the graphics bigger. Make it so that Turner almost reaches down to the pocket on the hooded sweatshirt and the Wolfire logo on the back takes up almost the whole thing

Turner's the rabbit you play as in Lugaru; since David recently took the storyline off of the Lugaru page, the name of Turner is only known to *ahem* people like me

and *ahem* me.
for those of you who missed it... here it is.
Turner the rabbit was out gathering food for his family, when he heard screams coming from his den. He ran back just in time to see two wolves walking away carrying the unconscious or dead bodies of his mate and three kits. He charged at the wolf carrying the limp bodies of his children, leaped up and kicked it side of the head. The wolf's neck snapped from the impact and it slowly crumpled the the ground. With a snarl the other wolf dropped the body of Turners mate and drew his sword, swiping at Turner with the sharp blade, slicing deeply into his arm. Turner leaped back and clutched his hand over the gaping wound in his arm. The wolf darted forward and swung his massive paw, catching Turner in the ribcage . Turner flew backward, slamming into a tree trunk, the sneering wolf standing above him blurred, and the ground rose up to meet him.
He woke up a few hours later with flies buzzing around his face.
He stood up, wincing at the pain from his many wounds, and with his good arm took the sword from the body of the wolf.
From the ammount of blood caked on and around the bodies of his family it was obvious they were dead, Turner snarled and set out after the wolf.

You forgot the detail about Turner grabbing his hatchet, and THEN setting out to kill the wolves.
Speaking of which...

Hmm, I never thought about the fact that there's no limb-severing in Lugaru .... I think it should stay that way, though
