well you're the crayola expert, i'd download and use the textures if you made them, and you can only get better by practicing, hey, it might be good for you. i challenge you to make this "Lugaru: Crayon Edition" you speak of! :P

It costs but it's there...you can use joints, keyframing, substituting drawings, etc.
Also, knowing ToonBoom, there SHOULD be a Personal Learning Edition, which is basically an unlimited trial.
I don't think it's totally meant for animations the way we're doing it, but it should allow for it.

There was another one I saw a while back but have since not been able to find it. It stuck out because it had a really cool system of drawing bones and joints out on the 2D image for animation. I'm pretty sure it was free but I could be mistaken.

EDIT:
I still say I can't draw...
Turner Sketch
Unless you want crayon graphics, I'm not the one for this.
xD
Thanks

heh
i'll try
but there's no guarantee it'll turn out well
after all, hand-drawn graphics work better when there's a shader tailored to them in-game
;D

Quite honestly, I've been spending half my life on AIM solving friends' problems over the past 2 weeks so I haven't had much time to do anything game related at all.

I posted the intro/main menu earlier. But until I get some good pictures, I can't continue this project.

As noted before, I haven't had time. And frankly, it's been proven that I'm not great with the picture thing.
