I found some like that taped to the inside of one of our baseboard heaters, except there were only two, and they only had three holes in the handles. so I'm assuming they were smaller.

I have one very similar to this:


The only difference is that mine has an adjustable weight slot at each end. I took them both off since the knife is centrally balanced anyway. They're a bit of a gimmick - I really don't know why they bothered putting them on in the first place.
