A very important question
A very important question
What do is the term used in England for English Muffins? If they just call them "muffins", then what term do they use for normal muffins?
This is something I have often pondered.

Re: A very important question
I used to think they called English muffins crumpets. Turns out crumpets are a different animal.
Re: A very important question
Muffins are animals now? Hm.. that technically makes me a murdurer.

Re: A very important question
Grammar fail.
Also, I'm not sure how one would be stupid for assuming that the English consume English muffins. It's not too common, but it still happens. YOU THOUGHT ENGLISH PEOPLE ATE ENGLISH MUFFINS?! LOL RETARD!!!
But in all seriousness, English people love them some chip butties, especially if they are a builder, carpenter, plumber or electrician.

Re: A very important question
How would you know the preferences of English electricians? That's an extremely vague definition to begin with, and to say they all like chip butties...
It's illogical...

Re: A very important question
What? No purple and bold?
Okay, I guess the purple doesn't work, but the bold does.
You edited your post, yet you still didn't fix the bold and purple problem. YOU ARE IN A STATE OF DECAY!

Re: A very important question
Bag of chips from a chipper: £1.
Hovis white sliced pan, 800g: £1.29
Heinz ketchup, 340g: £1.40
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, 500g: £1.14
Sitting down in front of the telly with a chip butty? Priceless.

Ha ha, yay Chip Butties!
We watched in awe when a Welsh friend of ours made one up and explained it. His wife rolled her eyes and said, "That's exactly the kind of thing that finally brought the British Empire to it's knees." XD
Tasted good to me, but I'm from a long line of rednecks...
