im looking for a good animation tool that will alow me to do backgrounds in full detail and the computer generate the frames between certain points.and if posible i would like this program to be FREE. ty in advance.

hi and i was wondering if any programers out there might give me a few tips to help me get started. i curently dont know very much(i can barely make things say hello) but im studying c++. ty in advance
