Hey I preordered Overgrowth, Authorized the game and try to load a level but the system crashes. well I used the DIRECT option, and tryed downloading it again but it still shows the same message

I reinstalled the alpha like 12 times and it still doesn't work
anyways the loading screen normally crashes on "hotspots"
I can hear the background noises the wind whisleing in my speakers, yet I never see the actual terrain

I need help

this error message comes up every time I try to load up the alpha, can anyone help me make it go away?
I really want to experiment with the alpha...

ok this is a MAJOR bug, because I uninstalled all of my Antivirus software and It still doesn't open
