Its very easy in TextEdit. Simply select the entire text, and click Make Plain Text in the format menu, or just hit apple-shift-T. ;)

It's pretty simple, actually. This is on insane, by the way. Hold down the forwards button on the loading screen. Unsheath your knife as you run, and jump onto the pedestal. By the time you're on top, both rabbits will be turned away. Throw your knife; it will kill one rabbit. Run to him, remove you...

Thats a great idea. I've never really gotten into MUDing, and a Lugaru MUD seems like a great place to start!
