I reinstalled those texture files and i reinstalled Lugaru but it was still the same, thanks anyway though

I used to have Lugaru on this computer and it worked perfectly, then i uninstalled it and reinstalled it but now at the main menu when i click any of the three options [enter, options, quit] it goes to the rabit's eye background with no buttons on it. please help
