Thanks a lot for those error reports. They help fixing the problem really much! I thought I took out all the parts that change a varying variable, but it seems I have missed a few. I'll update them ASAP

You can find the kill hotspot object in Data/ZramuliZ/Objects/fire_kill_hotspot.xml and the companion script in Data/Scripts/hotspots/fire_kill.as

You can actually pack the shadow maps with the level if you want, it doesn't matter if the shadow maps are copied to the Program Files directory alongside with other files the level needs. It makes it easier for the users to install them that way too.

I think the shadows are stored in many files called Documents\Wolfire\Overgrowth\Data\Textures\ShadowMaps\mapname_###.png

Hmm it seems that my update didn't upload correctly. Well it's probably broken anyway.
Sorry for the inconvenience. To fix it without downloading a new alpha just download this and merge the Data folder with your /Program Files/Overgrowth/Data folder.

There were some problems with the file merging and some other logical mistakes. I fixed those but in this alpha the way that weapons are handled in the engine changed completely and there is a lot to update. I updated to that system and I think it should now be technically correct, but Overgrowth cr...
