Well emailed them and got a Reply and they said they didn't mind me having the SPF access because it was just a lot of trouble to take away and prolly because I can't download the game anyway.

It clearly is an issue if you have not yet paid for the game but are still an Overgrowth Preorderer, since you should have needed to bind your Alpha Key to your Forum account in order to even become one in the first place. I'm pleased to see that you're not taking advantage of the situation to scam...
