EDIT: nvm right when i posted this i notced that a million posts were posted showing the new downloads

compatibility mode worked and allowed me to use the debug console and change game resolution BUT it does not support wide-screen formats so sucks for me i got a wide-screen monitor so im stuck with the game being a square.

Same problem and everything. Windows 7 64bit Cant change res and also cannot open debug console even with debug set to one.
