Are there any plans to update the phxbn scripts for blender 2.80
or even any 'modern' version of blender?
I don't really want to keep a version like 2.49b around just for Overgrowth, and yet any animation or character work is not possible without it.

I have faith in the Wolfire team with regards to a native linux client.
This just gives me time to get a nicer computer to run it on instead of my old slow one.

A grappling hook would be cool, but it would also open up a big can of worms involving swinging in a rope. I think bullet can do such things, otherwise, rope-climbing and swinging might be done in a manner similar to 'Project Ico'?
