Does anyone know how to make alpha 119 go fullscreen and is there anyway to change the view distance?

I found that if I (in alpha 119) grabbed a ledge and shimmied across to a wall that I could climb through the wall and get stuck because i couldn't see the block but it had invisible walls. And sometimes the characters wouldn't do the proper grab ledge thing.
