No im saying that i will not be able to play it cause its saying i havent pre ordered the game when i have and i have the receipt saying that i did. If you have pre-ordered the game, you can send an email to [email protected].com and include your transaction ID and they will be able to help you assoc...

@Voldagar Just contact Wolfire. We can't do anything about this. Only the devs can. And you have no right to be frustrated because SPF and alpha access isn't part of your preorder. It's a bonus on the side, which you should be grateful for. ;) But still I should get it because it's a preorder which...

I have the same problem and emailed them a couple of days ago but i dont get responses after the first email they send you...

I only use email and i have the receipt that i bought the game from humble bundle/pay pal
