I had just watched the first mechanics video, and it said to sprint you repeatedly press w. I tried this, but I'm not sprinting at all. Is there something I'm doing wrong, is my game messed up, or did they take it out in the new build?

If I were to preorder Overgrowth today, would I also get Receiver for free? Or, did that offer already pass?
