1)I'd assume that the new blood effects would apply to the wweapons too, so you wouldn't need a texture like that. If I understand correctly there's going to be towns in the game... so maybe some of the forums member's names could show up on some of the townspeople (I.E. forum members who pre-ordered would have a civilian NPC named after them...) Naming NPC's after contributing members of the community is indeed...

Humm this might be interesting. I'm not too sure about that RPG-esque system you have there but I guess it's a way to prevent god-modding.... I guess I'll wait a bit and see...
