No, tablet as in the tablet is on the screen. As in you touch the screen. Not an external tablet for drawing.

I really, really, really, recommend Flash for the game. It is extremely easy to learn comparably to anything in C++, and there are tons of pre-built physics engines you can use.

You do realize that the types of people who are going to be advertising in this way aren't going to be the ones following or even looking at a rules list.

Re: A slightly overeager idea. (for Overgrowth)

Toribash is seriously fun. Once you've played for a few hours and you start to get the hang of things, it's amazing how realistic it is. Though only aikido is really good, the rest are unrealistic and out of control. I've been pushed with my back nearly on the ground, with only my hand in the way, a...

Re: Graaahhhhh can't make up my mind

I would go with the dark platformer. If you can nail the story, and create a game with simple, enjoyable gameplay (see knytt stories) it could definitely be a winner.

I think it's obvious which one you want to do. :P Practically (I know you said not to but I can't help it), I would go with the dark platformer. It would be easier to make, but most importantly, the graphics would be very simple to make, compared to something like "Cloudscape". Graphics are a real p...

Though it would be epic.

Just start doodling and see what comes of it. The easiest characters to make are generally the simplest.
