Holding the button with a weapon makes you automatically attack as soon as someone is in range. Which is the only way to use the sword effectively because it gets countered so much otherwise.

To be fair to Hitman, it was actually a pretty good film. The only problem was that it had nothing to do with the actual Hitman series. If you just watch it as an action movie, it's okay.
