This is one of my biggest problems, and also one of the reasons I got so much better once I started doing contract work full time.

...I'm not sure that I can do that without it looking obvious that I did most of it on paper and then one part in photoshop. There are ways to make it look more photoshop-y, like doing a small gausian blur and boosting the contrast, which will remove some of the sketchiness and blacken up the lines...

Yeah, I have done pretty much all the 2D art for L2 and now overgrowth-- that one David re-touched the ears a bit to make them look better.

One major thing is to put a cast shadow in-- although I worked a couple hours on the shaded version, and I do do this for a living.

The main thing is to keep practicing, and to practice the right things.

Umm, trilogy? How do you assume it's a trilogy? In all honesty, I like Turner and hate when game sequels throw you into the role of someone else. It's kind of annoying to be honest. I seriously doubt that humans, or their technology, will play any more of a role in Lugaru 2 than they did in the original.
