Re: How to access the Overgrowth - Secret Preorder Forum

This helped me a lot, i used the Steam CD key directly on here. The thing is that i cannot enter Sum Launcher. I put the Key in but it wont let me get in. It says, "Error connecting to authentication server, Unable to reach authentication page" if there is already a forum thread on this please link...

Re: Sudden surge of spam

I thought so too, but I have a few Chinese friends who use social media mostly for language practice and they sound the same way. As long as they just write non-offensive stuff and are no major nuisance, I'd say they are good. If they continue to post this way, maybe we could even point out th...

Never experienced an significant bugs in Skyrim and I played that game for longer than I like to admit.

Sure, there were memory crashes occasionally, but the game wasn't exactly mean to be played with roughly 90 mods.

Re: randomness

Pretty sure that this is a modernized version of the Skyrim engine.

Mods like Frostfall had similar features where you could build stuff.

Re: Preorder Overgrowth!

Someone asked this in a Q&A session not too long ago. The reply was basically that it was too early for definitive plans about that, but that it is a possibility that the price may go up. Too many unknown factors right now, though.

I really don't want to sound mean, but how is it possible to miss a topic that is stickied to the top of every single forum on this website?

Re: randomness

The simple solution: Make games that people won't want to toss away after an hour or 2. And try to support your game. The refunds seem to be a good thing for small time developers who make good products. It also loosens the burden on the consumer (They can be a tad more reckless with their spending...

Re: randomness

Isn't that a load of crap because it gets refunded to your credit card and NOT your steam wallet? Unless they changed that and I'm just an idiot. How does that make it a load of crap? The problem is not that people get their money back or how they get it back (the refund policy states that the amou...

Re: Hatred: The Game From God

To me, it's more like a movie trailer that gives away all major plot points. Trailers are supposed to keep things a bit open.

Re: Hatred: The Game From God

The problem is that the trailers showed pretty much everything. In a game where you have to execute people in order to get your health back, it's going to get annoying when you've seen all the cutscenes after a few minutes. Totalbiscuit mentioned this in his review. After a very short while got so u...

Re: Hatred: The Game From God

Look if hatred was like this i would've used crossover to play it but now it's like mortal kombat to me and that means it goes too far for me. Toribash is the limit for me. Those poor pixels. And the violence isn't even that bad, trust me there is FAR worse out there. Agreed. Based on the videos th...

Re: Hatred: The Game From God

I think that's a bit harsh. Based on what I've seen of it, I can understand how this could be fun for a while. It's going to get old pretty quickly and it has some serious design flaws, but it definitely can provide some mindless action. What I'm disappointed with is that it really doesn't deliver o...

Re: randomness

I googled it, like a filthy casual, so I'm not going to spoil it for people who want to guess it.

I definitely should give that one a go, though. Too invested in Dark Souls right now, though.

Re: randomness

The movie you're thinking of is Spirited away, and Studio Ghibli is known for making movies mixing mundane and mystical, and portraying young children. And they usually have an environmentalist undertone to them. The river spirit in Spirited Away, for example. Or the entirety of Nausicaä of the Val...
