So I've noticed a huge surge of spam + russian posts + russian spam suddenly. Any idea where it's coming from and why? I just disapproved probably 10 posts at once.

Do you have anything the game might recognize as a controller plugged in? It's possible if you have, say, an Xbox controller plugged in, it might have a button pressed down causing turner to attack any time he gets in range.

You can use SUMLauncher to lower OG's settings. Other than that, there's not a whole lot you can do. The game is an alpha. It needs to be optimized. Anyways, perhaps someone could help you in the SPF. People don't really like to give too much help outside of the SPF, for fear of helping pirates fix ...
