I disagree, I used to play Jazz Jackrabbit Splitscreen. Theres no reason it is any worse than console splitscreen. In fact it has the potential to be better.

I order my console games from the UK since they're PAL, got both Metroid Prime 1 and 2 for 55 dollars.
I saw a second hand copy of MP2 at a Local EB Games for 94.90 lol.
Games are a massive rip here. Forced to buy the budget games, or order them from overseas.

Co-op would be awesome. It would be great over Lan. I guess it would be cool splitscreen if the camera automatically followed you. But otherwise it would be hard to play.
A Co op survival mode where you try and last as long as you can against waves of enemies would be the best.
