Jendraz, in regards to keeping balance, how about having crucial AI (ie, important storyline characters) having infinite health? That would be cool, but you would have to be careful to leave the right amount of enemies for the PC to fight. Also the creator wouldn't really know which AI's would win which fights. It would require a delicate balance.

Depends on how good your computer is. I aimed at 50 FPS on my G4 laptop at the time but that was maybe overly restrictive. That's up to you to decide. I don't know about that 'back to fur3 bug' but what you can always do is convert the black fur into, say, black.png in Data/Textures and then use it...
