Aim to block just before they hit, the quicker the attack (by moving closer and staying still) the less time to block is given, so they require quicker reactions

You know, back in my day we didn't have this here difficulty setting. We had to learn the hard way through blood, sweat and tears, mostly blood... I don't think Og's ever going to be truly easy, but who knows, maybe another invincibility mod'll come out. It's all about practice, listen out for audio...

I agree with silverfish, but a thing to add is to aim to use quick attacks, spin kicks will get you knocked down immediately, try standing still when attacking, or getting really close for a few jabs, aim to not give the others enough time to Attack too

Yeah, it's actually quite easy to get this effect, for entire map limiting fog all you need to do is
While in-editor open 'window/scene graph/level/script params' in there is a fog slider

If you want local fog in a smaller area spawn in 'data/objects/hotspots/emmitter.xml
