Yup, that one.

That isn't the bug, those are the circumstances that trigger the bug.

I can only think of one bug that was never resolved, it happens when: An enemy with a knife attacks you reverse but still take knife damage, The reversal kills them, Bleed damage kills you within a few seconds. It may have been fixed in the latest releases.. I just know that 1.0 still had this bug.
