Re: mod request(japanese straw hat)
Cool! Yeah, it should be working now (well, at least as far as finding it and trying to put it in the game goes), and the error messages should help you get the rest of it figured out. For a hat in Overgrowth, a square image of 512 x 512 pixels should be fine. If you want more detail, the next step ...

Re: mod request(japanese straw hat)
PNG and TGA don't matter. Overgrowth reads both of those image formats, and both are fine for textures. The other stuff is fine too. You have different shader stuff than the other items you checked, but it's all stuff that exists in Overgrowth and is used by other items. Shaders, in case you're not ...

Re: mod request(japanese straw hat)
The #, ( or ) symbol in the file path might break things, depending on how OG handles text. Spaces in the folder name are probably okay, but the developers avoid using those, so that might be a problem as well. Other than that, it looks like it should work – at least well enough to work in Overgrowt...

Re: mod request(japanese straw hat)
So... Would you rather 1) get your version working & learn to make mod-items for Overgrowth, or 2) get a Japanese straw hat in the game? If 1, please post descriptions of the XML file and what you tried, and how it didn't work. If 2, please post a reference image to the sort of straw hat you wan...

Oh, and sorry about this, you poor hapless bystanders. Here's some comedy relief:
There's a journalist called Richard William Littlejohn.

Well his parents certainly had a sense of humour!

I'll just add two more points to the previous: I think women should be treated better than they are treated now, You do realize that is 1: Illogical because they are treated fairly nicely as it. Statement 1: W are treated fairly nicely as it is. Statement 2: W should be treated better than they are...

I'll just add two more points to the previous: I think women should be treated better than they are treated now, and yes, I omitted part of what the girl in the video said to make my point. Phoenix misquoted the part I omitted. *sigh* I don't think we two can manage anything more neutral than an arg...

And that proves feminism is wrong? Phoenix is clearly going to grow up to be a gentleman. Well, I'm fairly antisocial so... I don't really care. Dude... "Bitch bitch bitch bitch you should earn less than men because you will have babies also flash your tits" "I want women to be treat...

Re: [Community][WIP] Overgrowth: Online Multiplayer Project
Wow. Congrats, everyone who worked this. I honestly didn't believe this could be done. Racing seems like the most easily doable thing. Parkour was never my thing in OG so I don't think I could make a multiplayer parkour racing map, but I could do some assets for a race track. Or just a gigantic gold...

Re: I'm very nervous for this community..
Something I'm making in Overgrowth right now is really big and it's still a big WIP, but when it's released I hope it instills a 'golden age' of sorts in this forum. Hopefully it'll start getting everyone to post more custom maps, and more with storylines and narratives attached. Hey, that's me fro...

Re: I'm very nervous for this community..
Some of you have been watching this game develop for 10 years, if you include Lugaru 2 as a baby version of OverGrowth. I love the commitment and loyalty you guys have for the Devs. Most of you that were in your 20's are now in your 30's.. just wow. It's been a long bumpy road for you guys and I on...

Re: Does anyone know a good free video editing software?
Blender is a video editor. ... Yeah, I know, it feels super weird, but it can actually do all that. The interface is a bit weird, since it is 1) based on the UI of a 3D modeling application and 2) it's based on Blender, which is atypical even for a 3D modeling application. The problem is that it can...
