It does that because of the way he's working the trigger. The M249 SAW and the M240B both do the same exact thing if you try to do one round at a time like that.
Also, it's made from scrap metal at home. Of course it isn't perfect.

However, it's a belt fed automatic machine gun. It's beautiful.

Not beautiful enough

Refunds are generally good for the free market. If a developer can't produce something that is up to snuff, they aren't going to have money. Keeps products quality up.
