Jamming would make the game unrealistic, though. you could make it so that the bullets were primer-only(yes, they do make them) They fire subsonic, and will penetrate into just about nothing. sometimes you can see them leave the gun. they'd only have about a 50% chance of damaging things, and you'd...

So I'll be submitting my patch to GitHub shortly.That should be fine, thanks! The license is just meant to discourage users from just recompiling the game and submitting it to Steam as their own, and similar activities.

The problem is that "no response" doesn't imply permission; I agree with your interpretation of the license, but if we're wrong then I'd be violating the terms of the license.

I sent an e-mail to Wolfire as they asked in the Readme, and I'm waiting for a reply back. In my case, I have a patch I'd like to submit to Github to fix the "floating shell" problem as Katemonster reported here (and others have done elsewhere): http://forums.wolfire.com/viewtopic.php?f=17...
