Yes, there is a multiplayer mod. Last time I tried it, it worked pretty well. I don't think combat was working though, so it was more of parkour multiplayer. (That may have changed)

So, it is possible that the community tab is just a row too low on the object spawner. Try increasing the size of the spawner window, and see if the tab shows up.
