Re: [MOD] Receiver Reloaded
Hey Enemby. Could you give some information about what i need to mod Receiver? I tried searching the forum but couldn't find any information. My day job is delphi/c# developer and would like to try and see how the game was build through the source. Which programs do i need, or do you use for moddin...

Re: Changing controls in Ubuntu
You could try to configure them with the start up Unity window by clicking the input tab, hopefully.

Re: Possible Additions for Next Receiver Build
Cross-posting some thoughts I had in the Steam forums for the game; just some basic tweaks or refinements: 1. A dedicated "run modifier" key. 3. The shock drones - nerf them. 4. Number the inventory slots and make the stored models smaller so we can avoid having the bottom of the screen s...

Re: [MOD] Receiver Reloaded
Awesome! It would be nice if you could extend the menu by a bit, there isn't much space. Otherwise, awesome work! The menu by default will add a scroll bar if all of the area on it is used, so it shouldn't be a problem. This mod looks amazing, cant wait to try it out. Good luck with the mod progres...

[MOD] Receiver Reloaded
This is a mod I've been working on and off for a little while. I haven't made any dramatic changes, mostly just optimization and configurations. I won't be distributing it yet, but here's my change log so far: -Added fancy particle system to player to attempt to simulate particles you can see under ...

Re: Pardon my noobishness but how do you load magazines?
You'll want to holster your firearm with ~, hold the magazine in your hand, and insert bullets with z until you either run out of bullets or fill the magazine. After that, hit the number pertaining to your holstered gun(usually 1) to hold that in your hand, and hit z to insert the magazine. You migh...

Re: Poor performance on Intel HD graphics card?
IF you feel the need to buy/play Receiver, first look through the options and their affect of framerate on your other unity games(e.g Slender). If you can't get them to run at an acceptable rate, you're probably screwed, unless you switch to a more unity-friendly graphics card.

Re: Simple mod for dual weapons
Maybe the second gun could replace the flashlight. You could dual-wield without aiming, or aim one gun and hold the second gun like you would the flashlight, you just couldn't fire it. I just had a thought of how awkward it would be holding a gun in your mouth, like you do when inserting bullets wh...

Re: [Solved] Reciever control bugs
Before/if this topic is locked, I'm curious why you tried to bind cylinder in/out to the same key, since it would seem rather obvious they would cancel each other out.

Re: Im getting EXTREMELY POOR frame rates when playing recie
So many grammatical and spelling errors. twitch But if you are having trouble at 1080p, the obvious answer would be to lower the resolution. It could be you are having frame-rate issues due to your graphics disagreeing with Unity occasionally, or not having much ram or CPU, especially since skyrim h...

[Receiver Source] Props and NPC spawning explanation?
Could someone explain to me how modifying spawns for things works it receiver? I've noticed it's tied to a mesh called props under each level object/tile, but I'm not actually sure how to add them.

Re: (SPOILERS!) For Those Who Have Finished Receiver
Upon finishing the game(With the revolver, my favorite gun!) I noticed that Receiver could literally go thousands of places with it's current plotline, if it is ever more developed. It could be that you just hit your head, and went into the 'dreaming'. It could be that everything you hear is really ...
