You can't? Why not? Can you actually see the extension, and just can't change it? If you're using windows and the extensions are hidden, there's an option in the control panel under 'Folders' that'll turn the extensions on. Otherwise, I have no idea.

I have a question. All the modded textures (not just the ones in this campaign) are tinted slightly rainbow(RGB). Is this normal? Is it just me?

GIMP is a free Image Manipulation Program, and is beats PS by virtue of being free.
