I'm pretty sure that Photoshop doesn't preserve layer visibility… If a layer is there, it's probably still there. But other than that, I can't help you. Edit: Ok, I did a test and when Photoshop saves it, it does preserve layer visibility, so nevermind. :oops: Another Edit: Try removing transparenc...

Anyone know how to fix this?

The previous layers are showing up when they are not supposed to. I checked the visibility of each layer and it looks fine to me.
