If you can tell me where the difference lies, I will believe you. I know it is not about rhyming, but more about a kind o...

Re: Seuss Off #2 - The second coming

The original Seuss tirade can be found here - the pattern was in " EETLE ", and moved over to " UDLE ", " ADLE ", " ATTLE " and finally " OODLE ". I'm not enough of a linguistic to explain how this work exactly, but you get the general idea: consona...

Re: Fan Art

Dual wielding, that was what I thought when I saw that sickle and now you added it.

The concept is really nice and well thought out. Will be looking forward to see this in a mod.

Re: Disgusted

Well, disgusted is such a strong word. Have you thought about just asking John or Jeff if and when they will continue it? There are so many channels to do that, live chat, mail, PM or a not so blamy forum post. Could be that they planned to do it but something other came in (some people demanded mor...

Re: Seuss Off #2 - The second coming

Well, it could be an idea to extend it up to a week. The number of participants has dropped considerably since the obama-farmer-one. Someone needs to keep track of the time though, or this thing will die. While we are at it. Wil, there are two mistakes in the OP, the caption for the possum-one is th...

Re: Seuss Off #2 - The second coming

Yay, I win again. Go me!! Although I would have preferred someone would have gone on with the Google one. There are surprisingly many interesting words with '(g)gle' in the English language: gaggle, giggle, goggle, joggle, juggle, raggle-taggle. And the image was easy to add to... Well then, enough ...

There are no additional parameters allowed in the youtube.com URL . You have to crop the '&feature=related'-part.

Code: Select all

this should work.

Re: Bizarre songs

Well, it is a children song about your mother making breakfast. The 'oha' is short for 'ohaiyou' which means 'good morning'. But there's absolutely no reason for the mother to be a guy nor the cheerleaders or James Brown in the video.

Re: Seuss Off #2 - The second coming

Those are called Boggles? I thought this was boggle: That is boggle. Nonetheless, bogle or also boggle means ghost according to this source . The verb to boggle means being startled and shying away. The whole concept also seems to be related to the bogeyman. I know that I am probably stretching the...
