That's not a normal thing. We didn't do anything special with this release compared to any of the rest. Have you tried quitting and starting steam again? rebooting the computer? If those don't help, I recommend contacting steam support, since we don't control individual ownership of games on steam: ...

The game supports controllers while playing, but not in menus. Controller support isn't as good as we'd like it to be, and we plan to improve this in the future.

Hey the windows download link appears to be broken, dropbox says the file does not exist We only give away receiver when you buy Overgrowth directly. If you got the game in the Humble Monthly Bundle, then Receiver doesn't come along with it. Sorry for the confusion. I'll have David update the post ...
