Re: Paying for a custom model textured and playable
I'm not a lawyer, but I don't see anything illegal with it. The only thing that might be troublesome is using the Blender exporter, and I don't think that's been restricted in any way. Why do you think it might be illegal? Or rather, why do you think it's any different than making and selling 3D mo...

Re: Paying for a custom model textured and playable
I'd assume as long as you're just paying for the model and not the final in-game-ready object, it should be fine. Nobody can really stop you since it's your money, and as long as you're not infringing on anyone's trademarks, you're not breaking the law. (Not sure about whether you could pay for it t...

If you're ignoring a white guy that you also have some hate for, you should uh... butcher him too, to balance it out.

Re: they need to put over growth on next gen console
The engine is built to work on computers. Unless next-gen consoles are built to be exactly like PCs, making Overgrowth work on the console is going to be extremely difficult. As in, they have to redo many parts from scratch, which could take a few years. In short, no, it's not going to happen. The ...

Re: When would you guys be able to have Overgrowth on steam?
There's good news. In another thread, on the front page of this forum, myself and akazi noted that Wolfire's already had OG accepted on Steam. It's just a matter of waiting until it's ready for release.(it's still in alpha atm, remember)BlitzComet wrote:Damn that's sucks for what happen.

Re: Fan Art
Just as long as you don't decide to out and get a bunny ear hat and sword, then go and whack people with the sword. :D Isn't that the common reaction to playing the game for the first time? I was referring to how sometimes kids think the things they play in game they can do in real life. Getting en...

They are really darn weird, I know. I've learnt to ignore the Pony Trolls by now though
I suggest you just ignore the Randomness thread and it's ilk and move on to greater pastures such as the modding forum or... umm, darn, they're everywhere!

Re: [MAP] River fight - Edited (v 1.1)
Is there any particular reason you just overwrote the original River Fight? Not sure if it's changed since I last attempted, but last I checked, you can just rename the .xml level file to seperate a mod from the original. Though not sure about directing to assets. I'd assume you can just rename the ...
