Yes, let's just take QWOP and surgeon simulator and guns and killdrones and mash them all together now.

I didn't even know that that was a thing. How is it possible for a graphics card to mesh well/poorly with Unity specifically?

Re: Gladiator

* The sweeping needs a serious fix, considering it's practically impossible to do one as a player. * That's not really a problem. Fighting multiple enemies is supposed to be realistically much harder than fighting single enemies. If you know how to go about it, though, it's certainly possible. * The...

I concur. As much as people (myself included) complained about the old menu mod procedure, I would really appreciate a "DO IT ALL" button.

Probably. Don't be fooled, though, development isn't slowing down. We'll probably have a buttload of cool stuff dropped on us next alpha, judging by how long it's taking.

Re: Overgrowth Art

There's a 100+ page fan art thread here. You can probably find something there, but keep in mind you'll have to ask permission of the creator to use it, and giving credit is a must.

Re: How did you find out about Overgrowth?

My memory is a bit hazy, but I'll try to regurgitate the happenings as best I can. Someone had given me a link to one of the first Humble Bundle videos, and after poking around for awhile, I found a whole bunch of old Overgrowth development videos on the Wolfire channel, back from when John (it was ...

Re: Fan Art

Nice! The one-piece shirt-armor looks more like a scifi suit than fantasy armor, but that's still a cat with an attitude. If it were colored/textured a bit more, I think it'd look a lot more convincing. As it is, though, I have to agree. Also, the shoulders are quite a bit uneven. On the bright sid...

Re: To lag, or not to lag?

Okay, thanks. Think it'll get better in the future :)? Much. Right now there has been little time spent on optimization, and some of the code is still in script format instead of compiled , so once they reach that stage in development, I'm betting the game will run smooth as butter, given that Davi...

Re: Insane FPS in 198

V-sync is a good idea for most games, since it also prevents screen tearing. It can cause input lag, which can be bad for game requiring fast reaction, but since characters in Overgrowth always grunt right before an attack, I don't think it would be much of a problem.
