Yes. And they have such intriuging filenames too..
I have a couple versions of the map loading code, not the version used to make those maps but.. wouldn't be too hard to figure out and write a converter.

They can't be a mammal. In the world of Lugaru, all mammals have evolved to human-esque forms and civilizations. And yes, there are much more than just wolves and rabbits. Lizard-mounts would be awesome :p But I agree it would be very odd to have a mount species in the game.. perhaps larger creatur...

When you are up close, yes. But it's important to be able to easily tell the difference between unconscious and dead players from a distance, and in the heat of combat.

There'd have to be some distinguishable way of knowing whether or not an ally was dead, though. I guess I should be putting this in the random ideas thread.
