i completely agree that knife catching shouldn't really happen.
It would be fine to just parry the flying knife with some weapon if you can, and then you could pick it up from the ground, it'll most likely fall closer to you than the enemy, so you can still steal it. No need for the matrix-ish catch.

Re: Unofficial Overgrowth a201 build
I'm thrilled by the new spear fight! It is really enjoyable, and looks great. There aren't quite as many thrusts as i'd like, it's mostly slashes, which are (or should be) easier to block/parry. It would be really great if I had control over wether I want to slash or thrust with the spear, and since...

Re: AZERTY with receiver
Do you have administrative privileges on the computer? Apparently the key configurations are stored in the registry for some reason, at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\David\Receiver. You may not have the permissions to edit the registry, and so Receiver can't do it either. Just a hunch. Try running the ...

Re: Lets talk throwing knives..
Block? Yes (but shouldnt work 100% of the blocks) I am a huge opponent of random variables in games. It only leads to frustration. If something that could deflect the knife is hit, it is blocked. If the body is hit, it's a hit. If you manage to time a block right (and have something to block it wit...

Re: The compressed (zipped) folder '...blahblah...' is inval
i don't know about the issues with the direct download, but I'd recommend using SUMLauncher to download+install+update the game. SUMLauncher can install a fresh copy of the game under the file menu, even if you've never had it installed. It also has the ability to resume a download, if it fails for ...

it's most likely a false positive, i'd say. (since nobody else had any problems)
i just scanned my copy of the Data/Textures/Weapons folder with both Malwarebytes and BitDefender, found no issues.

yeah, the Graveyard was also made in Unity, that's why you see the similarity. Unity allows scripting in javascript or C#.

Re: [IDEA] Realistic Trigger Pull
At the first glance this seems interesting. I didn't even think about the fact that different mice have different wheels. My issue is about how the mousewheel works: it scrolls in increments. On my mouse for example, it's really easy to scroll exactly one increment, which kind of takes away the poin...

Great job!
This is really interesting. I hope you're planning on polishing/expanding it, the idea is really great. And in 3 days? Pretty damn impressive, I'd say.
