I completely understand.

If I was the CEO of the company I'm working at right now. I would personally walk around the building physically setting fire to useless forms and firing redundant people.

The bureaucracy there is so damned bad. Everyone is worried about documentation. I had to file a Purchase Order (a paper that says i want to buy _____ for ____ reason) for a total of $20.

Took me 5 minutes to find what I needed and fill out the form. It took a week for it to get signed off and ordered. This individual piece of paper must have eaten up hours of collective employee time and cost the company probably hundreds of dollars worth of company attention.

Haha, and I remember when you got the job. So excited. Has the buzz died off then? Well, pay is pay, no matter how ridiculous the operation of it is. Sometimes though, I just wish for the whole system, the US one at least, to cave in on itself so we can start over. It's just getting silly.
