Does anyone know what this game is?

Now, to be blunt: I'm gonna be vague.
There was this game I used to play, I don't know how long ago, I think it was on like Lego.com or something.
What I remember is you created a character, by choosing a head, torso ya know simple character creation. There might have been a pterodactyl like head. I think, like on the first screen, after your character has been generated and you can control it, there is a large trench or canyon in front of you.
Also, I remember an NPC that has mechanical arms.
