Honestly this shit reminds me ALOT of neotokyo ... like enough to claim "knockoff" (then again, a second look makes me wonder if its more like they were inspired by neotokyo)
Except neotokyo looked better polished than your game in that clip :C.
If your game is like CS ... neotokyo is like CS:S
oh, and neotokyo is a mod ... poor bastards! They deserved money!
I hope they at least used that mod in their portfolio to land some awesome jobs.

I like the one guy running through a firefight while clutching a plastic dummy.

Why do you keep saying "your game"? Anyway, E.Y.E. and Neotokyo don't remind me of each other at all. Except for the obvious thing of having cyperpunk elements. Compare it to another Source mod with a similar theme despite both games being completely different in almost every way. That's clever.
It's a bit silly when people compare things to other things and then deciding that the fact that they have even one facet that overlaps means one of the two games should be ignored and the other heralded. What kind of logic is that? Everything these days is derivative in some way, Neotokyo as an example. The second I saw it I thought of Akira. Does that make it a bad game? No.
Besides Deus Ex would be the more obvious comparison, since, you know, that would actually make sense, and is a far better game than Neotokyo.

Haven't played the game so far, though I intend to.
About the bug stuff, a friend of mine had this:
"they say it's an Indie game bugged to the bone, oh yeah it shouldabeen a mod or something, they souldn't have come to the big guys playground. Well give tens of millions and hundred of people, make Black Ops."
And I am personaly more likely to put my trust an sympathy to guys that give away their OST to apologize for lateness in the game release.
