That link leads to "Concerned, The Half-Life And Death Of Gordon Frohman", which is a parody-style webcomic of Half Life 2. The original game, part of the much-loved Half Life series countless members of this forum surely love (if you haven't played HL or HL2, shame on you), features the legendary hero Gordon Freeman, a man who inspires faith and loyalty in countless scientists, security guards, rebels and robotic dogs. Gordon Frohman, on the other hand, is a haphazard idiot who comes to City 17 (the main stage of the game) using the same rail service Gordon Freeman enters the city on, only Frohman is the sole person in City 17 who actually enjoys living there. Cue numerous hilarious and witty jokes with some great punchlines.
The whole webcomic was done using Garry's Mod for Half Life 2, which has been referred to on these forums before. It's not a traditional webcomic as you may think, as it is not drawn using Paintshop or anything like that. The man who does the comic poses characters using the in-game mod and then screenshots them, adding dialogue using speech bubbles.
Even if you haven't played Half Life 2 (shame on you), you can still be let in on the jokes featured, as the artist(?) gives notes on the various jokes and references in the comic which are strongly-related to Half Life 2 events. Gordon Frohman enters City 17 a few weeks before Gordon Freeman, but you can rest assured Freeman will be along shortly to cause havoc. The comic also features a large number of deviations into the Counter Strike world, where great fun is made of the CS community and their frequent acronym-spouting. (E.g. LOL OMFG FAG!!! VALVE SUX!!1one) Anyway, it's all in good fun. The comic has already released 163 issues as of the 19th of June, and another issue is released usually every two days.
