Ok.. so everyones IQ then if BunnyWithStick calculations were correct the IQ of everyones is 0 which should mean we are all thick as mud.

Actually, the average is defined over the entire population. It's possible for all of us to be above-average IQ, since we're a small sample of the overall population.
For the mean IQ of this community to drop 100 points in one post, we'd have to consider the following: (∑x)/n = [(∑x) + y]/(n+1) + 100; where ∑x is the sum IQ of the community pre-Colicedus's post, n is the original population size, and y is Colicedus's IQ.
To solve for Colicedus's IQ, we'd have to solve for y, which is:
y = (n+1)[(∑x)/n - (∑x)/(n+1) - 100]
As an example, if the mean IQ of this community were to be 100, and a population of 10 members, then:
y = (11)(100 - (1000)/(11) - 100)
y = -1000
This score, however, is impossible to obtain, by definition.

Let's try a more realistic example, where we assume his IQ is 100, the average for the entire population. Keeping the community size the same, let's see what our mean IQ would turn out to be.
100 = (11)(∑x/10 - ∑x/11 - 100)
109.090909... = ∑x/10 - ∑x/11
∑x = 12000
Recall that (∑x)/n is the mean for the community, so:
If Colicedus's IQ were set at 100, the average, then our collective mean IQ would have to be 1200. This would put us at a level where our minds can comprehend the very structure of the universe by looking at a cup of tea.
I also made some other calculations, considering if Colicedus's IQ were set at 20. This is profound mental retardation, usually caused by a neurological condition; individuals on this level require constant care.
The mean IQ result was 1120, also on level with the universe comprehension scenario. Considering that he seems to be able to use a keyboard, and can construct sentences, and that I'm struggling to keep up with my Quantum Mechanics class, I find it safe to say that the IQ of this community could not have dropped by 100 points upon his post.

That is in fact impossible, because no one (I think) has an IQ above 200. And if not that, there's definitely no one with 300. And there's around 10 people who have commented here, so that would mean his IQ would have to be around -900 to bring down the average IQ of this room by 100.
