just wondering, as preorderers, would we be banned, or just unable to post?

I don't know. Personally, I hope that the admins would be just, and not prefer preorderers. Perhaps access to the entire forum, including the SPF and the Alpha-threads, would be revoked, as it would with a normal ban. However, when the actual game is released, an access-code or a link to a download page could be sent to the recipients Email address.

And justness is good. Although justice isn't nearly as good as fairness, which is far less bureaucratic and far more conceivable.
I suppose justness is somewhere in between.
