You crazy New Zealanders. Oh, wait, I'm one-quarter New Zealander. Oops.

Well, in any case, I was taught US English, and that is always what I'll use.

I'm english (No popycock jokes please) I've only learned UK english and I only use apostrophies (SP? I didn't check) if a letter is missing (E.G I am -I'm) not for plurals.

P.S I'm serious about no popycock jokes
P.P.S No really don't make jokes
P.P.P.S And no classical music either!

It's "apostrophes" and "etc.", for those of you having difficulty.

Sometimes for plurals there are letters missing. For example, in VCR (which is an acronym), "ecorder" is not there, so you'd have to put an apostrophe in between the "R" and the "s" to indicate the absence of the other letters.
