Well technically I'm alone 30 minutes after Christmas is officially over...

I went to a Chinese restaurant for Christmas eve dinner.

Yea it was pretty painful.

Basically me and my family were the only people there except for the staff and it was dead quiet.

You could tell that they really didn't want us to be there.

I don't like spending time with my family ... they come up with horrible ideas that are painfully embarrassing. Its weird. I can spend about a month away from my family, think "hey, I should go home and visit" and then when I get there it's usually less than 24 hours before I'm completely motivated to drive for 3 hours straight to get back to my empty apartment to spend another month before I come up with the same idea again.

I knew it would be the most depressing place in the world to be on christmas eve and begged not to go, but they were like "Oh! it'll be fun! just like a Christmas Story!"

I have attempted to commit suicide many time now, but I just respond at the last checkpoint

Same. I end up respawning really far away, and end up even more depressed.
