Wait... The phrase "isn't there" is usually used to affirm a positive, but the first part of the sentence is negative... or do the two negatives cancel each other out? I can't figure this out, Freshie.

I was contemplating on whether to use "isn't there" or "is there", but I couldn't figure it out and went with the first thing that came to mind. Apparently there are some guidelines concerning the matter which I have yet to encounter.
